The West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission is a private non-profit human service agency.
The Commission is dedicated to serving the prevention, intervention, and treatment needs of the individuals, families, and communities of Lycoming & Clinton Counties affected by alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
The Federal confidentiality law and regulations protect any information about a client if the client has applied for or received any alcohol or drug abuse-related services, including assessment, diagnosis, detoxification, counseling, group counseling, treatment, and referral for treatment.
